JUMBI SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
At JUMBI, we work hard to make sure every order is prepared with care and reaches you safely.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email or message once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING TIME
Delivery usually takes 10–17 business days, depending on your location. Shipping times may vary for the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and international orders.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can review it.

For T-shirts, make sure you select the correct size and color.
For keychains, make sure you select the correct design, color, size, and option before placing your order.
