Shipping Policy

 

At JUMBI, we work hard to make sure your “clean and proper” T-shirts reach you fast and safe.

 

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an email or message once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Time:

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. (Shipping times may vary for U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or international orders.)

 

 

At JUMBI, we make sure every T-shirt is clean, proper, and made with care.

 

Returns:

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.

 

No Refunds for Mistaken Orders:

Please double-check your size, color, and address before placing an order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for mistakenly ordered items (for example, wrong size or color).
